Like everyone else who has reported this company here, my wife received several calls one week regarding their "vacation package". Normally she would just hang up on these types of calls, but since she stays at the Ramada Hotel often on business and always fills out their surveys, she assumed she was selected to receive this vacation package from this survey list. She couldn't have been more wrong! A couple of days after giving her credit card to the very nice lady on the phone, and authorizing them to charge $698.00 US to our card, my wife started to have a very bad feeling about the whole thing. I typed in "ramada familiarization vacations" on Google, and this great site came up right away. My wife immeadiately called these people back, and despite their protests that the information about them on the internet is all wrong, she advised them that if they are a "reputable" company, they should have no problem refunding our money immeadiately. Sure enough, 4 days later our credit card was credited back. We changed our card numbers just to be on the safe side.
People, if someone wants your credit card number over the phone, right now, in order to give you a great deal, DON'T DO IT! We were lucky, and got our money back.
