Toluna Stole My EARNED SURVEY MONEY

I am still unable to log in my Toluna account by using my own private wifi THAT IS USED ONLY BY ME. Seems to me that Toluna is NOT ONLY HASSASSING ME THE PAST 2 MONTHS BY WASTING MUCH OF MY TIME FOR TRYING UNACCESSIBLE SURVEYS & ROBBING MY ACCUMULATED POINTS BUT MORE CREATING MUCH ADMINISTRATIVE HURDLES & ISSUES AGAINST USERS LIKE ME WHO KEEP COMPLAINING YOUR FAULTY SYSTEM, PRACTISE, PROTOCOL & STAFF

Toluna is wasting more of my time by asking me to try the forget password. NOTHING HAPPENED FOR MULTIPLE TRIES. Toluna people are so very incompetent to help but are expert in harassing me & stealing my account access & hard earned pointsémoney

Then some nameless Toluna customer support person keeps copying & pasting same useless email back to me repeatedly & ignored my repeated request to be connected to a supervisor AGAIN
