Bell Solo continues to overcharge on a phone that has not been in use since July 2010. We've called to complaint, we were supposed to be on the $15 plan until the contract of that phone ended in Dec. 2010. We are continually charged for features we have not agreed to, we just wanted to buy out the contract. We now ow about $200 for a phone we haven;t used since July because it broke, this was THEIR solution and they continue to charge all the extra features. We've called to cancel the phone one month prior to the end date of the contract, which was Dec. 17th, (we called Nov 17th) and we are still being charges FORWARD, meaning we are charged for January even though January hasn't even really started!!! With all the features still. When we called 2 days ago, we were told we have to cancel AGAIN even though they can see that we did indeed called on Nov. 17th. They want us to now pay for all the extra features that we didn't order, and the extra months that they continued to charge AFTER we cancelled. They say they have fixed it, and will email us the details and then of course they do not do that. WHERE do we turn??? They are holding us hostage here. They claim they don't have records of our calls even though we have employee names and numbers. Isn't that against the law!!???
