Switching to their LD without consent
Unsolicited telemarkets scammed my 78 year old mother and sent invoice to her for Long Distance when there was no consent to switch from TELUS. I called and complained - they said some Mgr had to review the call before they could credit the whole $18. I verified with TELUS - they said it was switched several months ago but this is the first time a bill was received. They took advantage on an elderly lady ... They belong in Hell.
