Convergia switched our service back to them without our consent. We originally switched to Telus for a bundle package. Convergia called more than 10 times after the switch to ask if we want to return to their company, each time we said NO but somehow they managed to switch our service back them. Told that we are stuck with their bill because we used their service and call us several times each week to harrass us for the bill. They are simply bullies who need to be brought to justice! Do NOT use their services! Dishonest and despicable!!
