If you ordered from this website through your bank/debit card. Please contact your bank and ask about doing a charge back on the account or request to fill out an affidavit for fraud. I contacted my bank after reading this website two nights ago. The bank will research the same information I have already researched and credit my account the money I lost through this bogus website! I will have notification of their review within 10 business days and get my money credited by the bank. My personal banker told me that she has never had one person fill out this affidavit that didn't actually get the money back.
I imagine you would be able to do the same with your credit card company, there has to be some protection by using your credit card too.
I tried the business phone number of 778.282.8099, which was provided on my bank statement, to no avail. I didn't bother contacting the email address based on other's comments that the company does not respond.
My story mirrors the posted stories. I will say that I ordered my product on 12.11.2008 and am still waiting for the product. The last email I received was on 12.13.2008, that my order had been processed. I have NEVER received the SHIPPING CONFIRMATION email, as stated on their website. Plus, my order still reflects the 'processed' status.
