Noticed a charge to Ultifreshwell on my credit card and called to see what it was. Contrary to the reply from someone I believe to be from Premium White posted to answer several complaints, I did see the terms and conditions after I had input my credit card information, BUT before hitting the Confirm order button I exited the website, but the account was still setup and the money removed from my credit card. I called Premium White and got the runaround, then they hung up on me. I called back and was informed that once I put my credit card information in that was their authorisation to set up and account. I was also informed that the cost of the whitening pen on their website was something like $87. They also stated that I would need to return the pen within 14 days (I was on the site 3 November 2009 and have not yet received anything) if I wanted my money back. I am heading for the bank now to see what can be done. The Better Business Bureau in the USA should shut this site down NOW.
