On my May 2004 bank statement I got charged $39 by MedecineBeauty and $12 by onlinepublicart. I went to the MedecineBeauty site where they have an email address to send if you have been fraudently charged. they said they would respond within 24 hours, which they did. below is the email i received - they said the charges came through a company called tyrex marketing and they said they would refund my card in full.
re onlinepublicart, i reported it to my bank and they will send me forms - but based on the other reports here it looks like the two fraud incidents are related.
hopefully i will get refunded as promised. but it does look like it may be necessary to cancel my debit card...
