I ordered an accessory to a Halloween costume in Sept. My credit card was charged immediately. On Oct.25th, I received an email stating my order would be delayed, but would arrive in time for Halloween.
On November 1st, when the my order still had not arrived, I cancelled it and received an email from Becky Robbins confirming the cancellation. In December, I still had not received a credit to my Visa account. I inquired, using email, to why my card had yet to be credited and was told they were back logged due to the Christmas holiday and it would take about 10 days to clear the matter.
I have now sent numerous emails requesting my account to be credited, with no avai. No one replies to my emails, and their telephone number is not a working number. Therefore, I have no recourse to recoup my loss. Please refrain from doing business with this company. I have contacted the Attorney General, the Federal Trade Commission and the Better Business Bureau.
