I ordered a Predator mask from starwarscostumeshop.com in October of 2005 and even paid extra to have it delivered in time for my son to wear it for Halloween.
It has never been sent to me. I had to go out and buy another costume for my disappointed son. He was devastated. He had spent hours working on his Predator costume and was only waiting for the mask to finish it.
I have tried calling and never get an answer. I have corresponded via email, but have only been told it's in the mail.
At this point I don't really expect to get my mask or even a refund, but if this complaint could save one parent from having to see a disappointed child because of this company then it was worth it.
