There is a law in effect that there's to be NO cell/mobile/text while driving. I can stand on my main intersection and see a lot of drivers talking, some arguing, some not even looking at the road. I had to sit on my horn the other morning when a driver beside me just a half car length ahead was drifting into my lane while his head was looking down dialing/texting. He still did not pay attention to my horn. I drive on the highways and see the same thing, I am the one who has to pay attention. It makes me really annoyed with these drivers because they are not getting caught. If I was to try it, it would probably be my luck to get caught.
Is the police looking for these types of traffic offences? I wonder.
Would the police like to hire me to sit at the corner and take pictures for them?
