I ordered the McFaralne Military figures a few weeks ago. They pulled the money out of my account, but did not send me any confirmation that my order was accepted, nor that is was shipped. I failed to write down my order number, trusting that the company would send me a reciept. My mistake on that one. However, they did take the money out of my account.
I have made several attempts to contact them via email. I then discovered that there was no phone number or person to send emails to. It took research to find a name ([email protected]) but I have not heard a peep from these people. No phone number, no real email address to file complaints with or resolve the issue.
This is really poor customer service. All I want back is my money or merchandise. I still have all the emails I sent to the company.
Can anybody please help me?
