We have purchased 25-year membership in 2003 and paid $7, 000. We were able to use it once and were greatly unsatisfied with living conditions and service.
Recently we discovered that the company we hold membership with no longer exists. Through BBB we found out that there was legal action taken against the company's president, Austin Shaw.
We'd like to know if there is something we could do to get our money back? We were ripped off and we don't like it!
Your advice is greatly appreciated.
