On September 20, 2002 my wife and myself together with our then 3 year old son went to 312-115 First St. collingwood, ontario and joined the Vacation in Paradise club a time share club for $10, 000.00 plus gst, it all adds up to $10, 700.00. A $6, 000.00 downpayment was paid thru amex and the balance of $4, 700.00 was paid on a monthly installment basis.
when we try to avail the service for a week vacation in collingwood on July of 2003, we found out that the club which we have enrolled in does not exist anymore.
All this had happened after a telemarketer conacted us and offered us a week-end get away for a small fee on the condition that we attend a presentation.
our lifetime saving is now gone with the wind, and i dont know what to do, until i have surfed with this web site, i dont know what good will this do, but i decided to type in some phrases anyway
