As has been reported by many others, I too have received an unwanted item from Grolier. I requested a return address label (as they ask you to), it arrived and I returned the item. Then the payment due notices started arriving, now they are threatening our credit rating. They are impossible to reach at any phone number, it's always busy. Emails go unanswered. My next step appears to be legal, they will NOT get away with this.
If anyone else has had similar trouble with this company, please contact me and we will begin an organized exposure of their practices. I will also be starting a response through the school system to educate and warn other parents about the dangers of ordering items from Grolier.
