I have bought many books from Grolier and sent them Money for my accounts, The next thing I know I am in collections for owing them money and here my money was sitting in an account at Grolier and had not been applied to the account. Grolier than refused to pull my account out of collections so I waited till all of them went to collections before paying them.
Than I had another account with Grolier and again they put it to collections and the money was sitting in an account at the office. They also have sent me bills for items that I have sent back to them. I will never buy from Grolier again
