After 20 years of being a customer of Irving Oil, all of a sudden they decide not to service us anymore with no notice what so ever, leaving us with no heat or hot water for the past 3 days is unacceptable we were on automatic fill and on equal billing plan, now to get another oil company to fill our oil tank cost $ 800., now referring to the road we live on as a cliff which they serviced us with a heating system and oil and hot water for the past 20 years according to the truck drivers is to dangerous to drive over, but actually its in better condition than it was 20 yrs ago. we feel Irving Oil Company should have a least had the courtesy to give us some notice before they terminated our services but instead they left us out in the cold.
