I booked air India flight (AI188), confirmation code- Y3BBJ for may 9th 2012 for 2:30pm and the haven't informed or email me regarding flight cancellation. i got to know after reaching the airport.how come the air lines is so irresponsible regarding customers inconvenience!! i came to the airport spending $200 for taxi.and the customer service was too bad as they are talking so rude when i asked them to please send me the conformation ticket for the next flight date and they said we cant are we are not responsible for all this.i dint expect this kind of service from air India. i expect to get some of my money refund as i lost my valuable time and money. and your airways proved that its just waste of booking the ticket in your airlines even two months earlier.hope i will never book the ticket on your airlines.
