I am very disappointed in Groiler. Their customer service e-mail comes back to you because it is not valid.
I recieved books in the mail saying I owed them money and I can't send them back unless I have fulfilled the commitment.
What a shock to receive these because I was still waiting four the four free books and backpack and that I would only have to pay 1.99 if I was interested. If I wasn't I could send them back and my membership would be cancelled.
I am disappointed in these tactics Grolier has used to try to get parents to join their club.
