I recently got a flier in the mail from Extreme Fitness Pickering and i decided to check them out The sales rep was very kind and nice and took me all around the club. Finally, i said i wasn't ready to join and tha ti will decide later but she put lot of pressure tactics. She called a man who told me that he will give me 10 days to try the club and if I liked it i can join then I asked about the obligation to join the club for a year and he said "DONT EVEN WORRY ABOU THAT, YOU CAN CANCELL ANYTIME AFTER YOU JOIN". They asked for my credit card being naive i gave them my card and she gave me an envelope with my slip and memebership form.
I could not make to the club in the first ten trial days neither for the next 16 days finally i called Leslie (the sales rep) and i explained to her that i wanted to cancell, she immediately became someone completely different, very unfriendly and almost rude by telling me that i have no choice but to use the the club and that i should have known better.
Later that same day i went to the club with a cancellation letter and i was told to see a man callled STEVE, he acted the same, i guess after he was told that i was there for cancellation, very unfriendly again he told me to take my my letter and start using the club, same thing leslie told me earlier that day. this is a bid scam club dont be cought like me
