They are continually billing me every month on my credit card for goods that I did not orde

I ordered childrens books from them using my credit card to pay for them. This is a BIG mistake! I've received all the books and thought I had also paid for them in full (they charged my credit card). However, they are still billing me for them every month. This adds up to around 30.00 per month for nothing! There is no phone number on any of the pamphlets that they send, or any web site either.

I have sent them notice that I wish to cancel both of the memberships but they are still billiing me. If my memberships are both cancelled why am I still being billed? Beware of this company. They are liers! (it's right there in their name "GroLIERS". How can they possibly be a member of the Canadian Marketing Associatiion, (as they claim to be), when they are constantly ripping people off?
