Bassett Media Group Corp. Continued Refusal to Pay for Goods and Services Rendered Despite Court Order, Canda

I run a small business that provided goods and services instrumental for the successful deployment of Bassett Media Group's integration of digital signage advertising screens located in numerous Rexall Pharmaplus locations and downtown Toronto PATH system.
I ceased offering these services to Bassett Media Group in October 2008 due to the run around I was receiving from various sources within their company in re: to receiving payment towards their outstanding balance of over $40, 000 and was due to deliver my first child in December 2008.
Between November 2008 and March 2009, I received confirmation by telephone and email correspondence from Bassett Media Group employees that they were fully aware that they did in fact owe me the money outstanding with their accounts. Yet by March 2009, I had still not received any payment towards their accounts outstanding.
I was informed that due to the press to take their operation public they could not at that time afford to pay anything towards what they owe me.
