An update on my 7/28/07 report. After filing a dispute with my bank, contacting Garcia Media Group, SXR CA, (available on the Internet) the FTC, the Montreal Better Business Bureau and reporting these rip off artists on canada-complaints.com.com and informing tvboxset.com I received a e mail (finally) that a claim would be filed with Canada Post for my never received items. I am not holding my breath for this to happen as this company is clearly a ripoff
