Monarch Media Group poses as a 411 Directory listing company but a quick look at their webpage shows a barely operating search database, elementary school web design and false information (they are not located in Port Huron, Michigan but in Montreal, Quebec.) They use deceptive sales tactics to get you to sign up to their services, including claiming to be well known directory companies. Their "services" include nothing more than a basic entry on their website, and a CD-ROM mailed to you that has little use. Their website is impossible to find on search engines unless you enter the exact URL. While on the surface it seems like a legitimate company they are a prime example of con artists taking advantage of business people who are trying to advertise their services.
