Fraudulent 411 directory business. Deceptive tactics with verbal contract via phone

This a ghost company from Canada posing as a directory business in Lake Huron, MI. They made a "legally binding" contract over the phone with a kitchen employee of our business. You supposedly get a package deal and software, but it really only a feeble webpage. We were met with arrogant defiance when questioning the validity of the company. I asked for paper contracts but was declined. I asked for evidence that they may use unathorized personel to enter "legally binding" contracts. They said they would forward all the documents that support their postion and the legal basis to form verbal, yet binding contracts.
