The company claims that I purchased a product for repetitive billing which I cancelled years ago.
The order number is 387172495. It will be billed to my Mastercard as "DRI*ELEMENTS5.INFO".
No matter how hard I try I cannot find a way (this year) to contact the company and cancel the charge. Can you help by doing this for me.
