I purchase two action heroes for my sons 4th birthday oN 7/22/05, and I have not received my order. I have tried to contact the company via their online form with no outcome.
Of course I cannot contact them live b/c they have absolutely no way to speak with someone live. I hope that someone finds this canada-complaints.com before they order from this company.
From now on I will always make sure that if an online service does not offer a number that I can call and verify its informations- that I will NOT order. If someone has any phone numbers or ways to find a phone number for this company to please inform me.
