No email notification for payment received

Unfortunately I found out about all these consumer complaintss. I sent them a payment for a November/December Pre-order item; Neca - Hitman Neca Toys - $12.95.

The problem is, I live in Maryland, USA 20815 and the payment should have take about 8 days to reach them. I sent the payment on the 3rd of September. According to their FAQ, theyre supposed to email you an order number when they receive the payment.

But I cant even check to see if they received the payment because they have absolutely NO CONTACT INFORMATION on their site, just a product form that doesnt work. Carrying so many items in their store, I assumed that they were very reputable and that it was secure to order from them.

If they have received my payment, great, I would like to get an order number from them and prevent a future conflict. If no, then I guess it was lost in the mail, but either way I need to find out sooner than later.
