I ordered the NECA Crow statue (#112724) on November 2, 2005. I have not received the item to this point (12/22). I have sent 6 emails to toyglobe and have not heard a response. Although I have not been billed, I will be checking my credit report closely.
I simply want to receive my item or cancel the order if it can not be shipped. I could not find a telephone number anywhere and so I have been unsuccessful in contacting this company. I have heard numerous complaints about toyglobe; I only wish I had heard them sooner.
It pains me to deal with a dishonest company when all of my other internet transactions have been handled professionally and expediently. Someone has to be working at the company because the website is consistently updated. I hope some action comes as a result of this complaint. I am deeply troubled and angry at this situation.
