Googled Las Vegas Shows and was directed to tripres.com, instead of booking online I called the number to book the tickets. after a long drawn out process and supplying my credit card information, their systems conveniently went down. The agent said she would call me back or email a confirmation when they were back up and running. I waited two days and received neither a phone call or email. when i went back online to find their number, i was redirected to vegas.com which i had assumed was the same company. they had no record of my booking and said no charges had gone through on my credit card and now the ticket promo price was over and i had to pay more for same tickets. i reluctantly booked them anyways. this was the night before i was leaving for vegas. I went to the shows without any problems but when i got home My credit card was billed 3 times for the same tickets!!! once by vegas.com and twice from tripres.com. i have spent three days now trying to get resolution. tripres says they would credit but only have seen one credit for a lesser amount and am still fighting for the second. credit card company tells me i have to wait 15 days in the meantime i have 1900 used up on my credit card. i advise anyone to not use tripres to book any tickets
