If you search "Wheel of Fortune" you will find that this scam is listed several times on this site, but this is a new company name.
Recieved a package that contained a letter, an order form, and two checks. The letter explains that I have won a prize of $23, 950.33 but in order to recieve my prize I must order a surety bond using the enclosed order form. Further that the 2nd check for $2, 951.20 is to cover the cost of the surety bond.
Letter advises me to contact Norma Wilson at 647-219-2513 (a Canadian Cell Phone) and is "signed" by Rose Collins.
Apparently you deposit the smaller check into your account and then they have you sent a cashier's check to them. The catch is that niether of the checks are any good and you have given them your money in the form of a cashier's check.
By the way the checks are drawn in the name of Horizon Freight Lines in Indiana - a real company and probably a victim as well
