Opened envelope was a check for 2, 951.20 was for surety bond issuance fee i wwas supposed to cash it, then had to send a fax to horizon exchange bureau and call or the check for 23, 950.33 would be voided . do these people think all people are fools or just that desperate. i looked it up and sure enough it is a scam and rip off. i am turning it over to local prosecuting attorney monday morning since this is saturday.
