Global Network Wheel Of Fortune 21st Century Alliance With Super Pages
Mailed me a very officail letter stating that I had won a sweepstakes with (2) checks one of which was smaller in amount and needed to deposit one into checking account. Calgary, Alberta Canada

I received a letter in the mail stating that I had won a sweepstake with Global Network Wheel of Fortune 21st Century Alliance with super pages. It really looked official with 2 checks on Freedom Security Bank in Kalona, Iowa. Also I received a Kalona Exchange Bureau Surety bond purchase requisition form. The stated that I should call Linda Jackson at Kanola Exchange Bureau and she would inform me what to do with the checks. I called and she said to deposit the smaller amount check into my checking to cover a surety bond certificate which then I would be able to deposit the larger amount check.

I being a business owner myself decided to verify the check and called the bank on the check and someone their told me that it was a scam. Thank goodness I called and I also saw something similiar on the consumer complaints. Beware out there of these letters!! The checks look very real and many people having money problems could fall victim. S.L. Eugene, Oregon
