I went to the Shoppers Drug Mart in Clareview Edmonton Alberta n October 25th at 8 30 pm and purchased a $220 Lancome set, upon arriving at home I noticed the serum was empty I went to return it at 11 30 pm before they closed so they would know I did not use it. Instead of treating me with respect amd appreciating and refunding it or replacing it with a new un wrapped serum they told me I had to come back the next day to talk to Joan the Manger. That is so wrong on their part, I am the victim here and this should be refunded without a doubt and no manager should have to get involved. This is the worst customer service. I was clearly upset and in tears and this is how thwy made me feel and they are okay with that
Especially Mizgen the supervisor thinks he did right by the chain store the way he treated a loyal customer that always spends her money at Shoppers. So disturbing that there is even people like this that are supwrvisors that represent a name such as Shoopers and represent Lancome.
