On January 29, 2012 I bought a washer from Future Shop online. I paid with my Visa card. The next day I received an Email from Future Shop telling me that my order did not go through and if I want this washer I can visit one of Future Shop stores and purchase the washer. A couple of days later I went to the store and got this washer in one of its locations. It was not the end of it. When I was looking over my Visa statement I saw that the Future Shop charged me for the original order anyway. The one they said that did not go through. The Future Shop informed me wrongly or deliberately that my order did not go through and then took money for this order from Visa. Now I have one washer for which Future Shop took money twice and is not willing to give back.
