I received 2 checks from this company stating to call the number on the letter head of the letter that accompanied the checks by 4/26/08. When you call the numbers the mailbox is full and the letter states your prize will donated to "their" charity department if unclaimed.

My checks were for $1680.25 and $12, 220.18 with a Weels Fargo Bank, Na heading and logo stating negotiable with surety bond certificate only.

Also enclosed is Deluxe Exchange Bureau surety bond purchase requisition form and when you call the number on their lettehead a man comes on telling you this is a fraud and if you attempt to cash the checks you will be held responsible by that financial institution.

But you can't reach anyone on the numbers provided to call in order to obtain the surety certificate.

First of all the date on my letter is 4/7/08 and i didn't receive it until 4/22/08.

I think it's a shame that with todays economy and everyone looking and hoping for some extra cash to come their way to make ends meet that this company would create a sham such as this.

So that even if it were legit they have made it impossible to get through on their phone lines to confirm or verify your prize.

It seems to be intentional. And if this is case why send out the letters anyway.
