Vahram Dugestani is a scam artist. He has scammed over 15 people that i can find including me. After giving me a sob story about losing his debit card and id's he went on to say he couldnt cash his pay cheques that his employer wrote him. Feeling bad i cashed his cheques (i had been in that crappy place before) which later bounced. He uses cheques with the name Mr Ben Webster on them and writes them to cash. They later bounce and hes off with your money. My bank now is holding me liable and saying they're going to charge me with fraud if i dont pay them. I get harassing calls from iqor canada (a collection agency) saying if i dont pay by a certain date they'll kill my credit and recomend charges against me. Even after telling them to stop calling me and only contact me by mail they call at 9:15 9:45 and 10am every morning. He has done this to me and 3 of my friends totalling over $7000 plus many other people on google.
