7 Jan 2003. Ordered 1 pr ice creepers so I could enjoy safe walking this winter and a Pasto Pot. Cheque was cashed at TD Bank in Montreal. ( I think I have their account number) no name as cheques were deposited.
20 Jan 2003 ordered i pedal pusher exerciser. Cheque deposited on on the 29 Jan. No delivery of goods. 3 e-mails requesting info as to dates of ehipping and no response.
I understand that the USA the FTC requires items to be shipped within 30 days or an option notice must be sent giving the customer the choice of agreeing to an extended shipping date or receiving a PROMPT refund. This has not been done.
I have had previous orders for shoes filled promptly and with no hassle. but the present situaton has to be stopped
