Ripoff cashed the cheque but didn't send the merchandise! ripoff fraud business and Champlain New York

I ordered address labels in mid-December 2002, the cheque was cashed within a week. It's now almost February and I still don't have my labels.

If you do a search under "j.d. marvel" on google, all you will find are reports of this company scamming people. There's a distinct pattern of cashing cheques and never sending the goods.

I'm not going to let this go -- I'm going to contact the better business bureau and a consumer advocate at a local TV station.
