I sent my cheque to JD Marvel Productions Inc. for payment on some Personal Address Labels. This was mailed to them on Feb.28/03. (Was told on advertisement to expect 4-6 weeks for delivery.) I'm in BC, they are in Quebec... you do the math.
On March 15/03 I checked my bank statement online to see if my cheque had been cashed. It had... on March 07/03... only one week after my mailing it, which was probably the very day they received it.
Still no Address Labels being mailed to me. It is now June 12/03 and I decided to go online and look up their website to see if there was a phone number I could call, only to be directed to this website, (www.canada-complaints.com), ...much to my surprise.
I called the JD Marvel phone number, (514) 426-8715, and spoke to a "Sylvaine" who promised me that she would have my Labels in my mailbox on or before June 25/03.
I will report back to this website to keep you updated as to her promise when and if I receive these Labels. Please stay tuned.
