I sent an order form and cheque for 600 address labels on March 7th, 2003. My cheque was cashed on March 17th, but I still haven't received the labels. I've tried e-mailing the company three times, but the e-mail address on the order form seems to be invalid.
Having read some of the hundreds of complaints about this company on various web-sites (Canada and U.S), and the problems many consumers have encountered trying to contact J.D. Marvel Products by telephone, I am VERY hesitant to try calling them myself (thus ringing up a lengthy long-distance bill in the process!).
Does anyone have a valid e-mail address I can try? One thing is certain... regardless of the outcome, I will NEVER order from this company again! And I will certainly dissuade anyone else from doing so, too.
