This company falsely advertised and sent me a product said to be NEW but shipped me a used item. No response to my emails to resolve the issue. Appears on google maps to be run out of a house in a residential area. I recommend doing business elsewhere. No telephone number is provided by the company Emails to the company below.
Reference order id ***95, I've just received the drive, this product was advertised as "Description: A new Nintendo Wii DVD-ROM drive with DB2 chipset". I am very angry at the fact that you people shipped me a used drive. There are fingerprints, scratches and what looks to be a damaged gold data ribbon. I think you folks need to fix this and quickly please. I expect paid return and expedited shipping of a NEW not a used Wii DVD-ROM drive. I am awaiting your response.
