I have been a member of AFF for some time and have upgraded and downgraded numerous times. What i did not realise is that when i downgraded from gold to standard the last time, that they are still billing my credit card for gold membership. I have tried numerous times to contact AFF to remedy this, all without success. They will not respond to my concerns. From research I see that this is not common for AFF and certainly hope that there is something collectivley that all of us that have been victomised can do. This is a very simple case of deliberate fraud!! 1
