Placed order and credit card was charged on 10/24/07. as of jan 4th 2008 still no product. i have tried to contact them numerous times with the number they gave in my order confirmation email but message says "the person you are trying to reach is unavailable". and i never get a reply. i have also written emails to them numerous times, again with no reply. apparently there's nothing you can do. they steal your money and it seems there's no recourse. if anyone has had any success in retrieving their money from these crooks please share. any info would be greatly appreciated.
