Stay away.
I ordered DSL service. First modem, didn't work. Second modem, delayed, did work but service was terrible. Terrible communications and service. DSL shuts down without warning all the time.
A month after signing up, I moved. DSL not available in new jurisdiction. No warning given of any kind that there were places they could not provide service. a geographic limitation. Refuse to deal with me. Refuse to refund money. They hide behind emails and write to you with barely understandable english.
This company is a fraud. They hide their identity. They are criminals. They are the worst of the worst for they lure you with a web-presence, steal your money, and fail to attend to business. They have no honour. I wish they would leave the country and go practice deception elsewhere. They have no concern whether they provide internet service. These are thieves.
A class action is required. I will investigate next laying a private information charging criminal fraud.
Stay away.
Do not even think about using this company.
