I placed a web order at the beginning of November for some supplements that were in stock, and additionally paid for the premium shipping option w/ insurance & tracking.
My credit card was billed immediately, and I received an automated email, but it did not include any tracking information or even specify the carrier to be used (CanadaPost, Purolator, etc).
I have attempted to email them 3 times to their info@ address - no responses, I have called their toll free phone number as well as the regular number 8 times, and every time it goes to voicemail - but will not allow you leave a message as the "voicemail box is full".
The one time I didn't get voicemail (they must have forgotten to press the forward to voicemail button) I was hung up on after less than 2 seconds.
I wish I would have come across this site prior to submitting my order.
PLEASE DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE AS I DID & This "Rob King" individual is a scammer/fraudster.
