On the 3rd of August I placed an online order with "Well Naturally". The order was ostensibly processed on the 6th of August. Then I proceeded to wait... and wait... AND WAIT.
I have tried calling, but I only ever reach the voicemail. Doesn't matter what time of day I call, I can never get hold of anyone. I left a voicemail message asking Mary to call me back, to no avail.
I emailed and never received any reply either.
The "cutesy" voicemail message asks that the caller leave a message since the cats are dreadful at taking messages. Could it be that the cats are running the company? That could explain a lot!
By now, I don't care to do business with this company. I just want my money back.
