Ordered herbs from Well Naturally. Ca. with my credit card in August of 2007. The website did not provide information about shipping charges. This is rather unusual. Mary Robinson promptly processed the payment, but has never shipped. I enquired about my order three times by email. She never answered. Two phone calls followed, no answer either. On the third phone call, Mary's first response was " Oh, it must be a seed shortage... I will look into this and get back to you... Immediately, I am convinced she is a scammer cause my order of Bergamot Oil is extracted from the zest of a citrus fruit, and not from seeds. She never got back to me and I began filing a chargeback with my bank. Mary Robinson is a BAD BUSINESS PERSON. Buy your herbs elsewhere and save your headache.
