I placed an order with Mary Robinson from Well Naturally on the 8th of november. Beeing a buisness owner we were looking for new supplier (canadian). I had herd some negative comments regarding this company but yet decided to still place the order. First of all I was Billed twice on diffrent dates once for the actual purchace and an exta 22$??? one day after...
I must have sent at least 4 emails and called 5 times always no responce. But I do get reading recepts...
If I have one comment and recommendation regarding this poorly managed buisness if that if you do get scamed, file a report to your credit card company.
I was told from Visa that THAT IF THE MERCHANDISE WAS NOT RECEIVED WITHIN 30 DAYS THEY WOULD CREDIT MY CARD AND SUBSTRACT THE AMOUNT FROM HER ACCOUNT.
And the more people will do this after 2-3 times she will be barred from credit. We need to take action on this one!!!
