I signed up 30 day free trial. It will charge $12.49 per month if I continue to use efax service after 30 day free trial. I requested cancellation of the service withthin 30 days. And I got confirmation email from efax about the concellation of the service. To my surprise I got a bill with $48.22, even not $12.49/month. I tried to complain this to efax customer service, but the page efax.com/cancel did not exist. They play the game Hide and Seek.
